USA Outsources its Vote Counting to Foreign Company

S-O-E, an American company, was the largest election management company involved in the US elections. It was allowed to be sold to SCYTL, a wholly foreign owned company located in SPAIN. With SCYTL's software local communities will no longer have control over their own vote counting. It has been demonstrated and reported that Scytl's software system(s) can, and have been, hacked. There are NO American's on the board of Scytl and no American's involved with the technology.

This can't be a good thing for future election verification and validity.
